Day 1: Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on our Commercial modulating products, multi-flue line, and Commercial electric products.

Day 2 and 3: Covers Tankless products and includes a full product teardown, product selection and application, installation, and troubleshooting.

This workshop also includes a tour of our plant in Ashland City, TN.

What you need to know about our workshops

Workshops are conducted at our training facility in Ashland City, TN and take place in a hands-on, operational lab. These workshops are limited to 12 students to allow for personalized instruction. A certificate of completion is given to those who successfully complete the workshop.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. If you have a group of attendees, each attendee will need to complete a registration. Due to our limited space, registration is just for yourself – do not bring any additional unregistered attendees, there will not be room in the workshop.

Daily schedule

We start every workshop day at 8 AM and end at 4 PM. A complimentary lunch is served at noon.

Costs

There is no charge for our workshops. Lunch is provided. Ground transportation to and from ONLY our preferred hotel is provided. Workshops do not include airfare, hotel, breakfast, or dinner. We offer a group rate of $149 $129 per night at our preferred hotel (for a limited time and while rooms are available).

Transportation to the Nashville, TN airport

You will be responsible for your own travel to and from Nashville, TN (Nashville airport BNA). Our workshops start promptly at 8 AM every day, so we recommend that you fly in the day before the first day of the workshop. We end every day at 4 PM, so we recommend getting a flight out of Nashville no earlier than 6 PM on the last day of the workshop.

Hotel reservations

Our preferred hotel is the Hampton Inn & Suites Opryland at 230 Rudy Circle, Nashville, TN 37214. A block of rooms has been reserved for these workshops.

The special room rate ($149 $129 per night for 2 queen beds) will be available for a limited time ending 30 days before the date of the block, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Our group rate code will be sent to you in your registration confirmation email.

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel direct at 615.620.2500 and follow the prompts and press reservations. We recommend that you check in the evening before the first day of the workshop.

When you successfully register for a class, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to book travel and hotel rooms. We provide a code to get our group rate at our preferred hotel (for a limited time and while rooms are available).
